How do you ensure my food stays fresh during transit?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and chilled gel packs, to ensure your products remain at a safe, refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 11 am Monday through Thursday are typically dispatched for next-day delivery. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to prevent products from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Are HECK products suitable for specific dietary requirements?
The majority of our range is gluten-free and dairy-free. We also offer a dedicated selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Please check the specific product pages for full allergen information and ingredients.
Can I freeze my HECK products?
Yes, all of our fresh sausages, burgers, and meatballs are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and consuming them within six months.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our team within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are committed to sustainability. Our cardboard outer sleeves and delivery boxes are 100% recyclable, and we are actively working on making our plastic trays and film fully circular in the near future.
